I am the second owner of this week - I bought it in 1997 from a tool dealer in Alabama when it was only one-year old, and it had only about 5,000 miles on it at the time. When I retired I had the engine rebuilt with the factory International kit, including pistons. I have all the maintenance records going back to 1997.
Have you priced a new International lately? This same interior in a 2010 model would run you $125,000 easy...I have taken such good care of this truck that you can use it in your business for a long time. And of course it is a pre-emissions engine, and you don't have to retro-fit this engine and add the catayltic converter, except in California, as far as I know.
The following is the interior layout from front to
back:
Driver side:
93" box opening that can be reduced to 58" w/4 extra
shelves included
creeper storage behind literature rack and w/hammer rack above
six storage drawers and one opening for jacks under 5 oak shelves
Curbside:
oak work desk w/14 drawers and w/ catalog shelf above
6 shelf diecast display on door entrance side of desk
locking knife display above door
five storage drawers w/one opening under 5 oak shelves
47" box opening w/4 extra shelves included to be used in
this space
two dead bolt panels to secure box from cab
air tool outlet @ desk
two air tool racks of 14 pieces each on ceiling
have all maintenance and repair records
engine rebuilt @149,983 miles--has warranty
This truck is available immediately as I have retired after
20 years as a dealer.
